Return Policy


Non-Sale Items

At Leigh’s we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  Upon receipt, please inspect the item(s) carefully.  Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.  Before returning an item, please make sure that the merchandise in question meets Leigh’s return policy requirements.


Return Policy Checklist:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • All original tags attached
  • No visible wear and tear
  • Postmarked within 14 days of receipt
  • Copy of invoice included in package
  • E-mail to receive the authorization number and shipping address
  • Earrings may NOT be returned.

Return Authorization (RA) Number

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained within 10 days of receipt of your item.  Please obtain the RA number BEFORE returning any items.  No refunds, credits or exchanges will be given on items returned without first obtaining an RA number.  Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of our shipment to you or we will not accept the return.   Please include your name, order number and the item name(s) in your return request.  Please include a copy of your RA email inside the package and make sure the RA number is written clearly on the outside of the package.


Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER.


Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS only. Return packages must be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise. Leigh’s does not accept damaged merchandise. Pack returns with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be accepted. Any requests for damaged merchandise in connection with insurance claims you may make must be accompanied by a pre-paid, self-addressed electronic UPS label.


Sale Items

Any sale items that are returned must be postmarked within three business days of receipt.


Returns – Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.  This does not apply if a return is a result of an error made by Leigh’s.  We do not refund shipping charges. If you received free domestic shipping on your original order, you will be charged $10.50 if the original total minus your return falls below $200 (or other free shipping offer limit). The resulting shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Please e-mail any questions to


Green Shipping

In our effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, we are reusing some shipping boxes.  Please note that orders may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.
